TERMS & CONDITIONS
Membership Term: Membership requires a minimum commitment of 6 months. Early cancellation prior to the minimum term may result in a cancellation fee equal to the remaining months or the value of discounts used.
Membership Payments: Memberships are billed monthly on the same date each month. Payments are non-refundable, including months when services are not used. Prices are subject to change with 30 days’ notice.
Service Use: Each membership includes one monthly service from the approved list for that tier. Unused services roll over for 60 days while the membership is active. Rollover services expire if the membership is cancelled or terminated. Membership services are for the member only and are not transferable.
Scheduling & Appointments: Members are encouraged to book in advance due to limited availability. 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. No-shows or late cancellations will result in forfeiture of that month’s service.
Discounts & Promotions: Membership discounts apply only to active members and only to services/products listed in their tier. Benefits cannot be combined with other promotions, sales, or special offers unless specifically stated. Discounted injectable pricing (Botox, Dysport, Fillers) is available only during active membership months.
Membership Holds: Memberships may be paused for 1-2 months per year for medical or travel reasons. Hold requests must be submitted be 14 days prior to the next billing cycle. Rollover services remain available during holds but do not extend beyond the 60-day limit.
