Prenatal Massage
Relaxing massage for mothers-to-be with focus on the legs, feet and lower back to relieve tired muscles and improve swelling and circulation. Massage cannot be performed during the first trimester or high-risk pregnancies. 60 minutes $90

Thai massage uses gentle pressure and stretching techniques to relax the whole body. Thai massage incorporates yoga-like stretches to reduce stress and improve circulation.
